SIMON
PRODUCER
Born in Sherwood Forest (yes it's a real place!), Simon's path to the beautiful Tasman region began with studying Media Production in the outstanding Lakes region of northern England.
Simon has: Worked in production management for the BBC. Filmed documentaries in Alaska, Central America and the South Pacific. Filmed, directed and edited corporate videos in Auckland for seven years. Plus, edited for TVNZ. All of which lead to an amazing wife and life in Nelson, New Zealand.
Simon has the ability to make anyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Whether it's your first time or you're used to speaking to large crowds, you wont believe it 'till you try it!
KATE
Production manager
Kate grew up on her family's apple orchard in Upper Moutere before setting out to see the world as a Personal Assistant in Italy, Germany and London, which included the Brunei Royal Family (but that one’s hush hush).
To say that Kate can organize is an understatement. She loves to meet people, delve into who they are and discover how she can help grow their company.
Creating a roadmap for production which will effectively deliver the desired message to garner the desired results is what drives her passion for media production.
Simon Lea - Showreel
Simon has produced videos for such companies as BNZ, Partners Life and Pita Pit. Delivering real world outcomes from video production is key to relaying your brand values. If that’s as a polished direct to camera message or a gripping social media advert, what means the most to your company will be the story which excites and rallies your staff and customers.

Drawing out a natural performance is what Simon has a passion for, from working with people who haven't been on camera before to those who regularly speak in front of large audiences. Anyone can feel nervous the night before a shoot, but once we've got you settled in front of the camera you'll find it's a great experience.
